HYFY is designed thoughtfully, but all blockchain-based systems carry risks. Please read the following carefully:
- Token value is not guaranteed. The price of HYFY can fall to zero. Past performance of similar tokens is not indicative of future results.
- HYFY is not an investment. Nothing in this document constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Do not purchase Space Credits or participate in HYFY expecting financial returns.
- Claims are subject to throttling. Monthly HYFY distributions are bounded by treasury health and platform revenue. In low-revenue months, claim amounts will be smaller.
- KYC is required for claims. Users who do not complete identity verification cannot claim HYFY on-chain.
- Regulatory uncertainty exists. Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and are evolving. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in their region.
- Smart contracts carry technical risk. Despite audits and safeguards, no smart contract is completely immune to bugs or exploits.
- This is not a gambling product. No rewards are randomized. Karma and HYFY are earned deterministically through platform activity.
